Owner

Gael Knight is a Certified Public Accountant and PFS certified Financial Specialist with 17 years’ of accounting, tax and financial planning office experience. Gael helps individuals and businesses flourish through a range of financial services utilizing a complex knowledge base navigating the federal and state tax codes maximizing his clients capital efficiently. When he isn’t overseeing monetary matters, you can find him coaching and watching baseball, and supporting the San Francisco Giants.

SERGEI KOVALEV
Tax Manager

A Certified Public Accountant with 25 years’ of tax office experience, Sergei helps clients overcome financial obstacles, save money, and secure positive futures for their families and businesses. When he’s not at GKC, Sergei likes to spend time with family, decipher puzzles and play games. 

POLLY KNIGHT
Office Coordinator and Tax Manager

Polly is the quintessential number cruncher and people pleaser. With almost two decade’s experience in a professional tax office and 14 years’ as a Tax Manager, Polly cultivates warm and personable working relationships with all of GKC’s clients. When she’s not following in the footsteps of George Knight, you can find her watching her boys Chase and Dash play baseball, coloring with her daughter Penny, playing cars with her littlest boy Colt and always cheering on the San Francisco Giants.

SHEILA FARRAUTO
Senior Staff Accountant

Nobody understands the principles of the Knight family brand quite like Sheila. A world class financial specialist, Sheila has 30 years’ in professional tax office life behind her and an EA license that certifies her as a federally approved Enrolled Agent. When she’s not got her head buried in GKC paperwork, Sheila loves going to the movies and supporting her daughter at sporting events. 

MARIANNE BEELER
Staff Accountant/Payroll Specialist

With over 15 years of experience in professional tax offices, Marianne is GKC’s payroll and admin whizz, keeping everything behind the scenes in ship-shape order. When she’s not calculating figures and overseeing business operations, Marianne enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew, visiting family, reading, and playing flute in the symphony orchestra! True fact! 

TENAJ FISCHER
Administrative Lead 

With over 20 years of multi-faceted office managerial experience and bookkeeping service behind her, Tenaj is embracing a new role in the tax industry as Lead Administrative & Accounting Assistant.  She is quickly becoming the go-to person to keep things organized and running smoothly for both clients and colleagues. Her attention to detail and dedication to provide the best customer service makes her a valuable asset.  Tenaj likes to see a company from “where every little penny was spent”, but also finds the bigger picture fascinating. How did the company grow? How can the company improve? Skills like this make Tenaj a one of a kind find for our team. Tenaj enjoys reading a good book, catching a Sharks game, and cooking with friends.  Cheering on her daughters at dance competitions and spending time with family are how you will find Tenaj on a weekend.
